PAIMEX Participates in the Launch of RECOCO

On May 29, 2025, PAIMEX, along with other leading companies in the industry, had the honor of participating in the launch of the first edition of RECOCO (REgister, COnnect, COnnect), an initiative that encourages direct manufacturing companies to register in the National Aerospace Registry (RenAERO).

What is RECOCO?

RECOCO is an initiative created by the Mexican Federation of the Aerospace Industry (FEMIA) aimed at strengthening the integration of Mexican companies into both national and international aerospace supply chains. Its name comes from three key actions:

  • 🔧 RE - Register: Promotes company registration in the National Aerospace Registry (RenAERO), a strategic database of companies with direct manufacturing capabilities in the aerospace sector. This registry increases visibility before OEMs and national and international organizations, facilitating future business opportunities.
  • 🏭 CO - Connect (Know): Technical visits to local manufacturing plants are organized for attendees from across the country to observe processes, certifications, technological capabilities, and infrastructure first-hand. These visits help assess companies as reliable and competitive suppliers.
  • 🤝 CO - Connect (Collaborate): Pre-scheduled business meetings foster direct contact between OEMs and suppliers. These meetings help build business partnerships, collaborative projects, and stronger national supply chains.

Together, RECOCO represents an innovative platform to drive the industrial growth of Mexico’s aerospace sector, building strong links between industrial regions, promotion agencies, and major industry players.

The event took place at the event hall of CETYS University Mexicali Campus and was organized by the Mexican Federation of the Aerospace Industry (FEMIA), in collaboration with CETYS, the Baja California Aerospace and Space Cluster (CEA-BC), the Government of Baja California, and Mexicali EDC.
